I know plenty of religious people who see no reason that God (being you know, almighty and eternal) could not have sparked evolution and clapped his hands for the Big Bang. People write books. People are limited in how they write by what they know and by what they can dream.

Is it possible to enumerate infinity with a finite set?

Well, the Arabs did come up with the concept of '0' (zero) or null. Now it is very easy for people to relate when they get their paycheck and then pay the bills.
