It is sad to see people like that who are not taking their medication. One of Mistress' neighbors jumped out of his window last week. He lived on the fifth floor. That's not the kind of thing you want to see on your way to work in the morning . . .

Maybe they ARE taking their medication or they cannot be helped by medication. Not everything is controllable simply because you pop a pill.

IF he was sane, that is his choice and we have no right to interfere. If he was insane, he should have been locked up and there is no real loss except a loss of expense caring for a non-producing unit.
