Just grilled some lamb patties and corn. For any of you who don't know this trick for cooking corn read on.... You peel off a few layers of the husk, soak the corn for 10+ minutes in water and then place on the grill for about 15 minutes until you see some grill marks on the husk. Peel back the remaining husk and eat. It is the most delicious way to eat corn and it doesn't need salt or butter.
