Forget about Cuba--This is like it merged with TX. I always knew it was down there and dreamed about mining to heaps down there. When i was working in the biggest body shop in Tx --and the only white guy there, They all denied that there was this stuff sitting around everywhere.

I was in some town in the Yucatan about 20 years ago and there were some bricklayers using a 1930 Ford Truck as their regular work truck.

Also, about 20 years ago, I was at a police auction in the Dallas area and there was a 1939 Packard four door convert that was a total basket case that had been in someone's back yard. It had Mexico tags and sold for $7,500. After a long restro it sold a few years back at auction for $225,000.

I was told by a Mexican car collector once that since Mexico was not in WW 2 there were so giant scrap drives like the US had so there were a lot more junked out cars just sitting around.

That stuff is insane. I would take any of the pickup trucks in a heartbeat.

And I must admit I wouldn't sneeze at an Interceptor at the right price... one of my dream cars.

I get a rush out of the guy's apartment with the picture window looking at the cars

Wow
