Just one.

That does not mean I am opposed to all of them, just that the initial budget analysis is a complete canard.

So, if the gov't is 0 for 100 for all prior projections we're suppose to believe that this one will be right.

PS - No, I did not vote for Bush (jr) but for 2000 to 2004, knowing everything I know today, I'd vote for bush/cheney over kerry/edwards again and again. I'd prefer a third choice but that's what there is.
The war in Iraq is estimated to cost $3 trillion. If we stayed home it would cost us nothing.
The prescription drug act was touted to cost $400 billion. If it were not law it would cost us nothing.
Mis-stating costs isn't the real problem. Mis-spending is.

The prior gentlemen said ObamaCare would save money based on ....

I replied.

I have no reason to argue with your remarks.

Don't ask me why we went into Iraq. I mean I think he was just trying to show his daddy something.

My comment is intended to be focused on inaccurate projections.

But in retrospect you would have voted for Bush/Cheney?

Whats your thought on this MANDATORY "Free" women's birth control, abortions, counseling etc....the lefties just handed down from mount Olympus?

I wonder what Dr. is going to prescribe these "free", what Pharmaceutical company will manufacture these "Free"....and what Shrink is going to provide the counseling "Free"? Or is that another line of bull*****....that's going to jack up the costs of medical care for everyone else.

Since women make up just over 1/2 the population....that's not an insignificant amount of money.

And they claim they want to bring DOWN those costs.....and when Obamacare kicks in....YOU, me and everyone with a job.....those of us that actually pay taxes anyway....pay for the inner city baby factories (and the suburban ones too) that won't keep their pants on.

Politicians should be held to the same standards of "Truth in Advertising" everyone else is. And suffer the same penalties when they don't.

Why should oil companies get tax subsidies when they earn record profits.
How did you plan to pay for the war in Iraq that you so fervently support?
Make women pay for birth control/reproductive care and apply the savings to bill for the war?

That just shows my opinion of kerry/edwards

I clearly stated I wanted a third choice

And (I know others will differ) I think kerry/edwards (and the people they would have brought with them) would have terribly screwed up the initial response to 9-11

I want a third choice

Why should Hollywood get tax breaks when they make hundreds of millions per movie. And they do....a LOT.

Why should the Federal government make 10 times the profit per gallon for doing nothing than the old company that did all the work does on the same gallon of gas?

Why should welfare bums collect money and what should they get subsidized housing instead of working for it like everyone else does...

Women should pay for their own birth control just like guys have to pay for their own.

If you can't afford a damn rubber.....you have no business having sex.

Welfare for the fat and lazy has cost us more than every war we have fought has....and what has that gotten us....fat lazy welfare bums that breed like rabbits and more lazy fat welfare bums to feed.

THe left loves freebies, but think others should pay for them.

Because they are to lazy to earn it themselves.

The left is whats ruining this country.

It certainly be possible to screw up the response to Sept 11 worse tha Bush. But not likely. What would one do? Continue to read to a class full of kids for 10 minutes instead of 7 or 8 as Bush did? Or wait 5 weeks instead of 3 to go after Bin Laden? Invade Iraq when Bush knew there was no connection between Iraq and Sep 11. Bush said as much, but he did lie to congress that there was a connection.
BTW, it was Gore/Leiberman that Bush defeated in 2000, not K/E.
I did not have a high opinion of K/E also, but after Bush et al lied to us about the threat posed by Hussein, then said the dispatch of OBL wasn't important, there was no way I was going to return the incumbents to office. There were other issues were Bush totally screwed up.
"You're doing a great job Brownie" for example.
