Yes! I had forgotten about that one! I guess I have forgotten because, unfortunately, I hear it way too much. The "You Know" is very interesting as well. If it is at the beginning of a sentence with a question mark following it before a thought provoking statement, it doesn't bother me. If on the other hand it is used as comma while searching for words it can really make someone sound dumb.
