buddy of mine just sent that to me.and as i said to him this is exactly why lesbian couples should only be able to adopt girls and gay couples boys.

That is just WRONG. Nothing to do with the parents sexuality, I would find this disturbing in any case. The kid seems just a little young to know what he want. Its probably a phase he is going through out of idolizing his parents. Ugh.

And clearly you should not be allowed to adopt either. The adoption process is VERY vigorous. Home evaluations, etc. Its a long expensive process. This couple clearly should not have been allowed to adopt. But its had nothing to do with their sexuality. Hetro parents are by far the worst parents if stacked up.

I find it funny that the supposed doctor stated that it was a mental disorder as opposed to a physical disorder with no indication that he performed any tests or examination of the child.

I dont know what is to going or to old. I have never been in this situation so I do not know what the child is capable of knowing. I do not think it is out side the rely of possibility that an 11.yr old would know that something is not right with his body. If the kid is right and the drugs are not used it could caused added difficulty to correct what nature screwed up later on down the road. If the kid is wrong the use of the drugs could cause difficulties as well.

Glad I dont have to make that decision.

If the parents want to poison someone, they should both take a swig of Drano and jump in front of a train rather than poisoning their child.

Playing with hormones is NOT to be taken lightly -- cancer risk later in life, for one thing.

I would try to keep kids away from as many drugs as possible. Not a good thing to be messing with the physiology or mental processes of a growing child.
