You make it sound as if there are two sides - Tea Party versus AWS. I don't know whether either of those factions (if that's the right word) can be so neatly categorized. I am also not sure what sort of organization you would recommend for AWS. They seem to be making a point to not be boxed in to a specific list of policy proposals, so I am not sure what sort of organization you would recommend for them.
