I got a warning from a morerator -in the heartland of the country in a town known for its aviation industry-For insulting Larry when I said he had a few screws loose.

If the Mod you mentioned is the same one I did---We need to detirmine if mods have to consult each other before issuing these warnings -or if they can just shoot from the hip (which is what I suspect).



Then we need to start making apparrant anyones bias about protecting/facilitating certain people here--who dont have to follow the rules.

I don't know, I like the fact that Larry doesn't have to follow the rules, makes him more entertaining.

Amazing how bent out of shape people get with warnings and assume bias.

Larry was calling people in DC bozos, you called him specifically a bozo. Big difference; amazing that you can't differentiate. Stating a forum member has a few screws lose is the same deal.

Calling forum members commies is trollish and insulting behavior. Larry has his been given his final warning since there's been one other more blatant instance which I rebuked him for. Attack the idea and not the person you're having the discussion with. Infractions will start racking up after this.

Also, let's not forget rule 13.

Final thought: it seems that 2 of you are sarcastically hinting at baiting another forum member, which is trollish behavior. Since we have proven intentions here I'm seeing a pretty open and shut case of trolling going on in this thread, and will discuss with the other moderators on any disciplinary action. We really don't like people who intentionally make our volunteer jobs harder.

I apologize to everyone for letting myself get worked up.

I do indeed get worked up and frustrated with the liberal viewpoints on this forum. I realize that almost NONE of you have the least bit of understanding of my positions. I am considerably older than most of you and grew up in a much different USA than the one we see today. Seeing it being torn down is more than I can deal with sometimes.

Tyler does a very good and fair job as moderator. He does it without pay, and probably doesn't even here a thank you very often. I will offer him one here even though he just got through having to paddle my butt, something that I received in school quite often and deserved it every time I received it. This is also something that is lacking in today's schools and we are seeing the results in the behavior of some of our youth.

Tyler is a class act and should be appreciated by all.

One more thing, I do not "hate" anyone. I don't wish any ill will toward anyone. I do HATE bad behavior, but I have much compassion for my fellow human beings regardless of their behavior as long as they are not funnelling bad behavior toward me or my family in person. Confronted with a threat in person, my compassion for the threatening party goes away as I protect and defend. Other than that I hate no one, I hate only their behavior.
