Insulting the President is acceptable "within reason". As an example, suggesting that Obama is a descendant of chimps is probably over the top. It's the moderator's call.

I have stepped over that line on occasion. You have also stepped over the line occasionally. Time to "man up"; admit when you are wrong, apologize if necessary, change tone, and move on.

I found Brian to be " fair and balanced" as a moderator. Even after he issued me an infraction.

Probably true..but his record of answering PM's left a lot to be desired, unless of course, perhaps you were in his crowd.
