You might take a look around on some of the audio boards, audiokarma.org seems to have some PL enthusiasts. Maybe they'd be willing to wheel and deal. Audiogon and CL might also yield results.

Here's a couple possibilities:

Phase linear 400 amp and Phase Linear 4000 Preamp

Preamplifier - Phase Linear 4000

i'd stay away from the vintage phase linear pre-amps especially the 4000s ~~~ had 2 and both ended up in the dump due to shorts and loose sodder joints, according to the 2 techs

still using a phase 400 amp for my sub, after 33 years and no repairs

my 2 cents ~~~ keep the pre-amp simple ~~~ on off knob, input selector knob, and a quality volume knob is all you need

I use a pair of ART tube mic preamps with a bit of wiring/adapters. I realize it's not a typical setup but it sounds fantastic...and there's no substitute for the warmth of a tube amp IMO. Total cost around $150 and I can use the preamps for my home studio too.

Well, I ended up purchasing a Yamaha C-40 preamp. So far I am really liking it. Had to take my Phase Linear amp in for a repair. It was developing a short in the power supply. Man everything sounds better than ever through my old McIntosh speakers.

I use a Jolida 801A integrated amp. Matched quad of 6550/KT88's, 12AX7A preamplifiers 6SN7GT. I love my vacuum tubes. I also only listen to vinyl. The only solid state components in my system are in my speakers.
