Exaggerated flag waving is an apparent mental disorder. 'Douchebag' is a mild description of the underlying motivations of such disorder.

The perpetrator should be required to go to a re-education class until he is cured.

You're sarcasm is rather delightful.
Why don't you tell, in your mind, what does excessive flag-waving signal to you?

In the case pictured--its NONE of my business. The operator of that vehicle has the freedom of speech to display the flag--even in an inappropriate manner.

As far as what it might say about the operator, I refrain from guessing at peoples' motives. I am sure left-leaning elites know exactly what motivated the driver, and what exactly is "wrong" with him.
As for me, "Live and let live".

Please, you're not giving me that 'left-right' kind of treatment now?
'Live and let Live' is a very reasonable and just way of maintaining relationships within society. I have yet to see anyone suffocating by being categorized as a 'douchebag'.
Personally, I don't even object flying the flag @ 70 mph on a S10 Chevy p/u.
5 of them? That's where I start wondering about all the cups being present in the cupboard. But that's just me.

One would want to look at the underlying, yet obvious resemblance of massive flag-flying.
Very bluntly speaking, it's usually being done during activities of war. Go figure.

Btw, you can't re-educate mental disorders. :(

I think the bigger douche move is a bureaucrat mandating every single business owner allot space on their own property to remain empty 99% of the time for some people, who may never show up, with as minor a handicap as carpel tunnel or high cholesterol to get prime parking space. Then, paint said space and install a sign at their own cost for said potential customers/employees/random asshat actually going across the street because it turns out they have a rascal scooter and walking distance isn't even an issue. All in the name of legislating morality.(away?)

I hope that you never break a leg and need to use any public disability accommodation.

What if I do, and the handicap spot is taken, by a less handicap person? Are they just a little bit evil? Even still, handicap spots wouldn't go away, just because guns aren't pointed at the heads of all business owners to provide them. You're a simpleton.

I've only ever seen all the handicapped spots filled in a parking lot one time. It was at my local grocery store at about three in the afternoon on a week day. Every handicapped spot was filled with a vehicle having a handicapped permit, and there were more parked in the regular spaces. A large number of old people all decided to go shopping at the same time. The effect on my getting in and out of there quickly was such that I now try to avoid doing my shopping during that particular time.

I think Iwrock has a sticker for him...;)

After I worked at a Sam's Club tire department, I ended up with a tool for pulling the valve stems out of the rims.
I have put this tool to work several times...solely on cars who owners were epitomes of douchebaggery...such as the owner of that Porsche.

I did forget to post one part of my thought on the flag-flying pickup--
He has that right. He is also responsible for any damage inflicted on anyone, or anything, as a result of improperly securing them for the speed he was driving.
Rights and responsibilities--they go together.

Irony alert.

Sometimes the "handicap" is a lack of reading comprehension. Sometimes its a case of supreme arrogance.
Not all handicaps are physical.

Apparently common sense is not that common.
