For those who deny Climate Change, it must be obvious that the Insurace Industry must have been taken over by Muslim Socialist Enviro-nazis who all have Kenyan Birth Certificates:

Property and casualty insurers in the United States experienced an estimated $44 billion in losses last year when hurricanes, droughts, tornadoes and other natural disasters were more severe, longer, more frequent and less predictable than in the past.

According to Swiss Reinsurance, the average weather-related insurance industry loss in the U.S. was about $3 billion a year in the 1980s compared to approximately $20 billion annually by the end of the past decade.

“As a member of the global insurance industry, we have witnessed the increased impact of weather-related events on our industry and around the world,” said Mark Way, head of Swiss Re's sustainability and climate change activities in the Americas. “A warming climate will only add to this trend of increasing losses, which is why action is needed now.”

Weather does what weather does. No controlling Mother nature. it does seem as though there are more tornadoes, hurricanes, floods etc. but then I'm no weather expert.

All I know is I have experienced taking the 300D through high flood waters. It destroyed the starter which cost about $400 to replace. A merc diesel 300D does not make a good boat.

I don't believe that anyone is claiming absolute knowledge in the climate debate (except for the hardline naysayers) rather, the ongoing research is highlighting effects that are created by man.

It all seems like the acid rain debate.

I would be hesitant to say "the right", as I am certain there are a large number of people who vote right that also believe that man made climate change is happening.

I don't see any negative aspects of tryig to be more courteous to our planet. This debate always gets peoples undies in a bunch and to me it just seems like a moot point. Man made, global warming or not, my spidey sense tells me that spewing a crap ton of pollutants into the air is not going to benefit us in the long term. Just check out smog levels in cities and the associated lung issues...heck in Chester pa (lots of industry, oil refineries) the cancer rate is nearly double that of surrounding areas. It just seems like a common sense thing to do regardless if global warming even exists.
