Well now that would all depend.

Is this wire a power line carrying energy created by the burning of a fossil fuel raising the probability of a world wide temperature increase, thereby destroying the habitat of those two birds forcing them to migrate to a new territory crowding out the existing native wild life?

Is it a telephone line which is no longer used due to the advent of modern wireless communications but still serving as a symbol of a time when a corporate monopoly which once served a purpose but now exists because it is "too big to fail" and therefore is accorded protection above and beyond its usefulness?

If I were you, I'd not worry about the flight patterns of the birds and instead concentrate on real problems such as, SOME people have been known to put GREEN antifreeze in their Benz!
