Question my car NEED HELP

ok i have a porche 1974 porche and i was going to take the oil filtter off but there is a bar so i cant get an oil wrench on it can some one please tell me an easy way to get it off and i dont have the money to buy one that it made for the oil filter

Find someone with big hands??

Hammer a screwdriver through it so you have a handle??

Bring it to a shop??

Remove the offending bar??

got a picture of the filter and bar??

an oil wrench is what my dads calls the thing that takes off the oil filter and i was going to try and use the screw driver and get it off but i dont want it to make a big hole because the person we got it from didnt take care of it so is the screw driver going to make a big hole or should i be ok with doing that. and i am a 16 year old girl in the us i just dont know how to spell that good. just because i cant spell dosent make me stupid . i dont need to spell to work on an viical i just need to no how to get what i want and i can check my spelling when i need to but i didnt think it would be that big of a deal. it head to think straight when i have a bunch more things to do.

In 1974, Porsche had two models - the 911, (in the top picture) which had the engine all the way in the back, and the 914, (in the bottom picture) which had the engine right behind the drivers seat.
