Court action aside ... ANY day is a good day for not only the first 2 amendments but all the rest ... as long as some smuck isnt trying to dismantle them.

Thats why prosecuters should be appointed by a panel of judges or the local BAR association. The old saying in criminal court is stall till the election is over.
