Chilli Dogs!

My kids who are now 35 and 38 still fondly remember the breakfast I cooked as we drove up to the AACA Fall meet at Hershey, one day about 23 years ago.

During the 1920's you could buy a cast iron pot that bolted to the exhaust manifold of your Ford. This way you could cook your food while you drove to your picnic.
I can't imagine how such a system would work unless it was a pressure cooker. |
