Wow, $14,400 for the condo. Wonder what the common charges are and whether it was an arms-length transaction -- I should fly out and pick up five of the little things to rent out! Problem is then I'd have to visit Phx on a regular basis, maybe even in summer (gasp!).

I don't get the appeal of larger houses. You pay more to begin with, then pay more to heat it, more to maintain it, more to light it, and pay more taxes on it, for what benefit exactly?

Heck my den is bigger than 400 sq ft but it was built in 1935. Thankfully I'm frugal and my lectric bill is only $150/month.
