same here. Basic help would be post tons of excellent pictures, and embed a video and walk around of the car, starting, running, ect. I you don't post the usual ebay lies, you will get decent traffic and informed buyers who love these cars, and will pay for a nice one, or for one from an honest seller. "45mpg, engine will last 9 million miles with only an oil change!!!" Ebay will take a percentage of the sale, if its below a certain value, its like 40-50 bucks I think? last one I tried was a bust though, sold on ebay to a guy for 1000 bucks, never followed through or responded which resulted in all kinds of BS. Sold the same car on craigslist for 1500 bucks after two days. Though with these diesel benzes you might get more from ebay, depends on the car though

Quote:
They refer to it as a "successful listing fee" - a flat $60 or $125, depending on the sales price. |

I have it there now but have only received spam e-mails.
If you list it with a reserve can you still offer it to the highest bidder? Can you lower the reserve during the auction? I know I'm not going to get all of my money out but I would like to at least get what I paid for it. |
