Even though there are already pipelines running from Cushing OK down to the gulf coast=== What the hey,, It will only bee a net win for everyone to rip open a bil ole swath and get a new one. But those pipes are used, and theres paint flaking off and rusting iron and all. What we need is more with new fancy white and red paint.

The big Honorable Tranz Canada-- in a shrewd move, split the northern line development away from the whole picture-and is pursueing the southern leg independently and construction has already begun -crossing over what used to be some sore loosers once privately ownd land. :)
