Smartphone apps

Thought I'd ask if anyone would like to share what (if any) app(s) they have found useful. Have you found a particularly good one with a "automotive" theme?

Not exactly an "automotive" theme but I'm using one I really like right now as I'm typing! It's called "Tapatalk" and it's a portal for any forum(s) you happen to go to frequently and is fast and easy to engage in keeping up with those such forums...

Man, I spend too much time here already just with the proximity of computers at home and work. Last thing I need is to figure out how to make it easier to do on the smartphone....

Haven't found a good automotive one, but I'm sure they are out there.

I have a couple good brew apps, amount and temp of sparge water for example, which are interesting even though I just do what I like.

Studio Six audio apps I use quite frequently at work.

The level app is great too.

Not really automotive, but
barcode scanner
Amazon price checker
Flashlight
Light Flow Lite--(allows different color LED flashes for different email accounts, missed calls, text messages)
Pandora
TuneIn Radio------Unbelievable!
RadarNow--weather radar.
SoundRecorder
Ebay--this app has come in handy where there was an auction I had to win for a Christmas gift for a relative and I was away from home and I needed to last moment snipe.

I hear ya! That's what I find so great about it, all the forums are right there on one page in front of me and I can quickly scan the topics I'm subscribed to and decide if anything is interesting enough to reply to or not.

It's prolly not for you

I use Gas Buddy just about every time I need fuel. As far as other useful apps, I have a local weather app with a color radar with animation that lets you figure out how big a storm is coming and what direction it's moving. Comes in handy when out on the boat in the middle of Lake Murray.

Torq...in conjunction with a mini-bluetooth OBD-II port adapter. Best $30 (total) OBD-II scanner you'll ever find.
