There is only one reason Billybob was banned. During the brian carlton regime as moderator, BC couldn't handle having someone on the forum who was not only obviously more intelligent, but had the cerebral capacity and spare time to prove it over and over again! If Billybob had joined under the way less egotistical Mods currently serving in their thankless job I have no doubt he would be sharing his vast knowledge of MB's, as well as his scathing social commentary, on a daily basis. It is sad when someone is silenced, whether you agree with them or not, because it means you could be next.

Personally I have never had an issue with any of BB's postings but keep in mind I have thick skin. As already stated he is a very knowledgeable contributor on the technical side. From what I can tell he just does not flower up his language like some ppl like to have it flowered up.

With that said I think SRJ is a very knowledgeable contributor in regards to the financial stuff. Again, some folks just can't take his prose where he has not flowered it up.

Let's all be thankful everyone on here does not think alike and is exactly alike. It would be a very boring place.
