Bold thread titles

Anyone else experiencing thread titles that remain bold even after you have read the last post?

Been going on for a week now, with a couple different machines.

Also, the 'go to first unread post' feature has been out of whack as well, with the site returning to the same spot every time.

Don't believe I have changed anything on my browser settings...
Maybe I'll try a different browser and see if it is a chrome thing.

Mine has pretty much always been inconsistent about this feature.

Stolen from a google search

Using Chrome here without the problem you seem to be having with "what's new". These are my cookie settings:

Allow local data to be set (recommended)
Block third-party cookies and site data

Changing browser isn't likely to resolve connection resets, they're nothing to do with the browser that's a problem between your PC and the servers.

Your question about updated Chrome set me on the right path.
After carefully scanning the advanced settings I noticed at the very bottom the option to keep process running in the background when Chrome closes.
Unselecting that returned my Peach experience to peachy.
The site was confused because I was still logged in (in the background) even when I closed the browser on one machine then logged back in on a different one.
All is well now. Thanks!

Many thanks for that solution. I've been suffering with the same two problems for years. Clicking on the most recent post would always result in the browser dumping you in one page prior. The bold titles never worked properly.
