I spent a couple weeks working TDY at the Walter Reed Research Annex in Silver Spring a couple years ago.

Given the cost of living in that area, $2000 in Silver Spring = "$500 and take it off my hands PLEASE!" in any "normal" area of the country.

Some people need to be beaten with sticks.

Or maybe they already have been and they are taking it out on a poor car.

Just awful. I was trying to figure out if some of the wheels were also painted or just too much brake dust.

The ugh factor is high with that one.
