Hideous Abomination

This guy is trying to sell this abused 300CE...poor car. And he's asking $13,500.

Gallery Pictures

Here's his "sale" post at BW with some details about his customizations.

It's...interesting. At least on my phone. Not my cup of tea, though. Especially the wheels. That said, I've never been accused of having good taste and I'm sure my "dream" attainable car would be subject to scorn. WILDLY optimistic with the asking price.

You could find some decent tires and wheels easily enough.

But what he did to the interior -- particularly the center stack -- and those fender vents. Gag.

The hatchet job on the interior center stack is what really got me. I wish I could erase that image from my mind.

If you're referring to the stereo, it's a slide out screen. The screen will fold flat and slide back in the the dash. The hole is still DIN, not the Double DIN that it initially looks like. If you look closely, you can still see the climate control intact.

I didn't/couldn't look at the pics but THIS post frightened me!

My imagination led me to picture an exhaust stack (ala' diesel truck style) exiting through the center of the sun roof. That image will be burned into my brain for a couple of hours if not days!
