Sequester starting to pinch...

"Unemployment claims rise unexpectedly this week." Stock market still going up due to Counterfeiter Ben's treasons, but it's become much more choppy in the past week and a half, which is a beautiful thing.

I didn't cause them and I'm always willing to help people whom I know personally who are in a bad spot. And often have. However, I might as well profit off the floundering motions of the fools and pimps running this country and the Fed. Better little 'ol Main St.-me profiting than Wall St. pigs doing the same.

Look, I WISH this country was well-run. I WISH that the voters weren't a bunch of ill-educated yobbos. Sadly, neither will happen without major reform, so I may as well put food in MY mouth and work towards financial security while expending as little effort and engaging in as little unpleasantness as possible.

Having one's heart ripped out and stamped on by the only person whom you cared about and hoped to spend the rest of your life with will make you as cynical and bitter as myself. And I've really tried, but I don't think that I'll ever meet anyone as interesting as her -- women whom American society considers appropriate for me (late 20s/early 30s) really don't do it for me at all. Maybe I should start lying about my age in the upward direction on online dating sites

Didn't Uncle Ben say he's keeping the pedal to the metal until the unemployment rate drops to 6.6%
Claims up? More gas!
Twenty five years ago 5% unemployment was effectively considered full employment. My guess is it's now in the 7-7.5% range with the demise of manufacturing and the rise of automation. There's a boatload of people unemployed and unemployable. More graduating in three months.

Assuming that his counterfeiting is actually having the desired effect as opposed to the opposite effect. He may just be creating (and/or exporting) stagflation.

Inflating commodities isn't necessarily good for business, 'ya know. Nor are stock bubbles unless they're somehow based on reality. Fortunately, he's leaving in 2014, no seeking reappointment. He's stated that he's tired -- hope this is code for "major health issues to be revealed after he's out of office."

Want to really stimulate the economy? Print money and invest it directly in moving away from oil/conversion to alternative energy via direct gov't (or Fed) loans to relevant companies. Make a commitment to get the US off of fossil fuels in 25 years. Start building the nuclear plants, the wind turbines, the solar farms. Put engineers and skilled laborers to real work, the kind of work that will advance this country into the 21st Century.

Some of the older guys are broken because they fear their wives will not leave. There are two sides to every coin. I have always thought that there was always someone for everyone. Takes time to find usually though.

As soon as you complicate it will usually take longer. I have no ideal of what the so called modern woman is really looking for even if she knows.

There have to be scads of available women to choose from in your situation. I do understand that it can be hard to find a good one at the same time. The odds may be better than with younger women though.

Too bad you cannot charge the last one with theft or property damage. She either stold your heart or broke it. I only add a touch if lightness because a persons circumstances can change almost at any time. Until litterly that moment it can seem pretty bad.

Women aren't a problem. Finding an almost exact clone of the woman (midwestern accent, Eastern European ancestry, intelligent, tall but thick, in her 40s, works as a small-business manager since women with "power" are the only ones who turn me on -- basically, I'm attracted to what scares a lot of men) whom I stuffed things up with on a massive scale IS the problem. I deserved what happened because I was stupid. Everyone has been compared to her, looked at through that lense over the past 5 years.

Gee, last night on the BBC News some Euro Guy was saying that the US did a better job with there Economey than the Euros did ant that things were going better here.

I don't think We are going to have a good Economey until We again start making something someone out side of the Country wants and can buy; and that is likely never again.

I know someone is thinking that We can sell Weapons but I read several Articles that have said We loan out Your Taxpayer Money so that other Countries can buy those Weapons. Do We get paid back??? I don't know.

Cars. Aircraft. Oil. Certain electronic hardware. Heavy machinery. Plenty of things ARE still made domestically and exported.

It is likely are a lot of pleasure seeking substance abusers who don't care who runs the Country as long as they can get High and stay out of Jail.

Not sure how dating issues get squeezed in with Economic ones but, if you prefer Older Women go for it.

Considering that the former mayor of DC was a literal crack-fiend, this wouldn't surprise me.

That is not Love that is Obsession.

One of the Dictionay deffinitions= psychiatry uncontrollable persistence of idea: the uncontrollable persistence of an idea or emotion in the mind, sometimes associated with psychiatric disorder.

I have been there before twice with different People (I was a slow learner).
If you don't get over it you will never be happy.
It is not unlike an Drug addiction. You think you need that other Person in order to be happy. But, the fact is you really don't.

Without going into detail I was obsessed with a Women for a long time. Finally met another and also got obsessed with Her and She was nothing like the first Women.
The fact that I forgot about the first one proves you can actully get over it.

After the 2nd Women I did some serious thinking on it and realized that it was My Own Desire that was hurting Me and I had to develope self control over My Desire in order to be Happy.
After that if a Women was not interested in Me the way I desired I was able to painlessly walk away from Her.

I have now been Married for 17 years and Love My Wife.
When I do have some random memory crop up concerning the other 2 Women I no longer have that emotional pull to it.

Fact is, I haven't been able to meet any woman who I respected since her. The worst thing is that she was interested, and I fawked things up by not reciprocating when the time was right.

I've never been attracted to women my age. Late 30s minimum, career women. I love the idea of being with someone equal or dominant. Basically, what I'm looking for and attracted to in a woman is what most women are looking for IN A GUY. Most guys want younger, inexperienced, gullible. I want older, interesting to talk to, interesting face, not smooth and boring like some freakin' baby's butt, experienced in life, cynical. If anything, I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body.

So I basically have to set myself up as a 40-50 year old in my 30s to achieve the lofty goal of marrying a 10-15 year older woman. No desire for bio-kids. I hate being in my 30s, wish I was 45 or 50 right now and I could just skip over a decade or two in an eyeblink.
