Get setup with a rental from the body shop, or from enterprise or other rental car places, this is to be charged to the other parties insurance company. At least in WI it is

Not when the car is totaled, as mine is. I'm getting an insurance payout of about 2200. The fix is going to run closer to four grand, including a paint job.

I have a few friends who do bodywork/own bodyshops, and can get the hookup on getting it fixed.

I also have a truck/trailer and can help you get the car moved.
