I've seen those clamps before in a catalog...but can't remember which one. Carr Lane manufactures those, as well as many other clamps. Chances are, with a bit of digging, unless the design is proprietary (which I doubt it is on toggle clamps like these) Carr Lane either makes, or did make them. De-Sta-Co is another place I'd look. Rarely was there a time I needed to custom make a clamp...it was usually a hook or an attachment of some sort that needed custom made.

I checked both and no joy. I'm pretty sure its a application specific part. the link I gave him to to a firm that specializes in this tyope of equipment and can source opr has it in stock as a typical replacement part. concrete Air Meters get the ****e beat out of them in the field so spare parts are a stock item with suppliers. The worst is when the air Gauge gets snapped off leaving the treaded speeve of the 45 deg adapter in the pot lid. I kept a couple of spares and a reamer in my tool box and could do a fix in about 5 minutes on the tailgate of my truck.
