If that picture is an event specifically sanctioned by the justice system then you have LOTS of explaining to do. Of course you're obviously not interested in explaining anything if you obfuscate the truth by posting that picture and imply that it is a sanctioned event.

Let's see here, execution of a minor for a non-capital offense without a trial violates:
- Article III, section 2
- 5th amendment
- 6th amendment
- 8th amendment (maybe, depending on whether you consider this cruel and unusual)

Trouble is, you think this case is a slam dunk and I suspect it is. But if it starts becoming OK to hang 10 or 11 year old on Nat. TV, one wonders when stuff will go wrong. Lying witnesses, confused subject coerced into confession - more likely with young defendants.

How about just giving the parents of the poor kid 15 minutes with each of the little thugs in a soundproof room?

Death penalty is a moot point -- NY has had it in theory, but no one has been executed since the 60s (and then only for homicide, not rape).

I used to think Bill Cosby would have been a better First Black President than Obama. That is, until I read a peice earlier this week in the Washington Post where a couple of "black leaders" were angry with Obama for being too critical of blacks. Apparently the president has addressed black issues in church a couple of times.

I'm not a lawyer but it would seem to me this case might have a few issues. Were there witnesses to the crime? If not it is one child's word against three others.
