I put sheepskin covers on my truck's seat belts because the anchor point is so far back that the belt pulls across my neck. I really like them and I got used to using them pretty easily.
I would recommend getting the ones that look/feel like wool rather than the ones that are like cat fur.

I have a full sized van with one of these on the drivers belt. On a long trip you will not even notice the belt sitting there.
One of the few products I can think of that will do what it claims to right out of the box. |

I am currently using some fleece seat covers. Didn't think I would like them but I do. Kept them from a 124 that I sold years ago.
