Actually I was using that utility and it is quite easy to use. The only issue is that it will not let me shrink the partition I have less than 474G.

There may be one or more files that need to be relocated and then the drive defragmented to reduce the partition size further. Any chance that a 3rd party device was used to create the partition??

I created the partition right after I formatted the HD and did a clean instal of W7. I think I'm going to have to hunt around for a 3rd party program to do the dirty work for me. Never run into this. I'll look on line as well. I'm sure I am not the only one who has run into this problem. Just have not had time yet. Figured someone here might have a quick fix.
