OM 603 injection pump problems
This pump is only feeding numbers 2, 4 & 6. There is no fuel at the
delivery valves for 1, 3 & 5. It runs on these three very well, I have ran it for over an hour at a time while trying to bleed the other three. I have ran it up to 3500 RPM. I removed and compared the delivery valves, blowing and looking through the holder, I found no difference. I replaced the five delivery valve parts at #1 with a known good set from my old pump, to no avail. I exchanged transfer pumps, no good. I pressurized the fuel tank with 14 psi air, no good. I restricted the fuel return line to insure a pressure build up, no good. I would appreciate any ideas and/or the name and number of an expert I could call.
