Its all very clear when you know what to look for. Why this morning, I was watching the local pretty weather and traffic girls give local traffic and weather reports on the tv, which was obviously a cover for Obama, to distract us from his aspirations to the throne of mankind.

They will FOR SURE, not get their distractions on CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC or MSNBC. So do YOU have a better explanation for 15 minutes of Justin Bieber on CNN? |

He makes good copy for all those people, a 15 minute segment on him strikes me as about average for a 24/7 news channel trying to fill the day (Although 15 minutes is awful long, id say 5 is plenty). Even with everything in the world going on, that level of on air coverage will produce fluff pieces to fill out the entire day, past the actual newsworthy news. Same reason the local news this morning spent 10 minutes discussing what the today show this morning spent 10 minutes doing- talking to some shmo who is trying to beat Ellen's retweet record, as if that were something anyone, anywhere cares about. Instead of the conspiracies you constantly see, try thinking about how these people have to sometimes scrape the barrel to keep the news running. Beiber is an easy go to, I saw something that was making fun of his tattoos recently, again, hes an easy news target because he evokes some kind of emotion in most people. be it rage for most adults, or adoration if you are a 13 year old girl

Scrape the barrel?
![]() There are PLENTY of antics on both sides of the aisle to keep a 24 hour news organization running 48 hours a day. The problem is that they prefer to mould the news to fit their own agenda. This makes them no different than 99% of the slimeballs in Washington D.C. The only difference is that the ones in DC are the ones doing anything and everything to get votes and the news people are doing anything and everything to help them. Two peas in a pod. Anyone who believes that the mainstream media is putting forth fair and objective news is living in a dream world or hopelessly lost in their zealousness for their party and candidate, regardless of which side of the aisle they represent. |

I suppose from the position of a radical "blind laws to restrict everyone else but me, and be damned to the constitution" that you adhere to, anything that doesn't pander to your extremely specific and dangerous point of view isn't middle of the road. I'm surprised you can even tolerate fox news, much too liberal for a radical like yourself.

In YOUR opinion. Of course, there is ZERO chance, that your point of view could have a down side somewhere. ![]() BTW, I don't tolerate Fox News. I don't tolerate ANY of them. They ALL have a dishonest agenda, INCLUDING NPR. Yeah, there's always that pesky constitution that so many of you want to throw out the window. Last edited by Air&Road; 03-06-2014 at 10:06 AM. |

Seriously, though...his fathers apparent role in some of his issues and lack of any sort of attempt at correction of his son's indiscretions is almost more surprising than that of the biebs himself. Give a young person that much money and fame with no one to teach him wrong or right. ...welll it's not surprising....who's working the brakes for this kid....it's not like it is the first time we have seen this sort of thing as a result of fame and fortune.

Exactly right mac! If I got the story correct, as I understood, Bieber's Dad facilitated the alcohol propelled drag race that ended up with one of Bieber's arrests. Not exactly what you would expect from a responsible parent.
If all that is any indication of the supervision, or lack thereof, that this kid has received, the results really shouldn't surprise anyone. |

ok, so is the above newsworthy because its celebrity stupidity that everyone wants to hear? or are you going to maintain that reporting the above type of stuff is all a MSM sham to further Obama's agendas? To remind you, thats what you said a page ago about this. You can't have it both ways. You either have to admit that bieber nonsense is newsworthy on its own merit and not a liberal cover up, or the opposite, that such nonsense shouldn't be news and that Obama is directing the MSM to cover bieberisms to distract from him.

The flip side to post number 40 above is that we probably deserve to have him back to slap him upside the head. I am not a fan of his, but since his issues take precedence over other worldly issues in our media, it is hard to avoid it being jammed down our throats...everyday.
Like why do I give a sh!! WHAT the biebs is doing, all things considered. Did'nt he have some celebrity girlfriend...Selena Gomez that had issues?.... someone cared enough for her to step in and say the right things to put stuff into perspective for her...or, maybe she realized it on her own...she is now on a better path... or so it seems. Hopefully it was'nt the biebs that put her on that strayed path in the first place? I regret being forced to make these observations, but since there is nothing else on T.V and unavoidable...here goes...Something about the look in his eyes, in one of his mug shots tells me he is not happy....despite the smile on his face. It is a deep unhappiness, beyond just being under arrest circumstances. I'd be investigating his parents, and in the media too...like where are they...oh wait, one of them is standing right there next to him. Where is he getting his recreational drugs, that he obviously can't handle. The alcohol is worse...an insidious poison that steals your inhibitions if you are young and have no respect for it..... among other things he has come to disrespect through his vast accumulated fortune at such a young age. It's tough for everyday people to keep respect in perspective let alone adding tons of money into the mix to help cover it up. Sometimes maybe these rich and famous never reach the point of reflection because of their status...and unfortunately money fixes things for them where it shouldn't. Ive been no saint in my life, and through those experience's I know this much...I'd rather have a loved one try to put things into perspective than the police or a Judge....and within the lives of their proffession and the tradgedy's they see...it is no joking matter and it shouldn't be. At a certain point their hands are tied, they have to do their jobs. He did this to himself and had no help from his so-called friends, they were in there, like dirty shirts too. I hope his sentence reflects that. I hope he finds some better friends and influences, in his life before he hurts himself or someone else. Maybe he is just not listening? |
