Nuge figured out early on that he could parlay his relatively fit bod and an ability to fake a lead guitar wale while appearing scantily clad on stage into a seemingly endless harvest of teeny bopper groupies vying to experience his bed chambers. He once appeared on stage opening up by musing about all the 'good p**** out there that he was never going to have a chance to eat.'

It sorta skewed his perception of reality. IMHO.

Ted didn't fail. He was rejected since he had nothing to offer. There are a lot of reasons to disagree with Obama, but Ted has yet to hit on a single one.

His rantings remind me of Western films made during the 50's when true Native Americans were told to not speak their language but to just mumble some mumbo-jumbo. Directors did not want the viewers to understand the point of the NA actors but for them to appear to be truly unreasonable and out of touch with reality. If they spoke their native language and real dialogue their true emotions might come through on the screen and that would confuse the viewers as to who the bad guys were.

Teds rantings are just so much mumbo-jumbo that might mean something to him and to his dog whistle trained followers, but to most folks they just sound like demented rantings of a fool.

During some conversations with some folks in Texas this morning I asked them what type of reaction they were hearing from co-workers. Those that offered an opinion said that people were upset with Democrats because they have been painting Gov. hopeful Greg Abbot as nothing but a guy full of hate with no solutions for Texas' problems.

And now Ted has gone and proven the Democrats to be right.

The Republicans are betting on snagging the majority of the independent voters in Texas in order to win. They are going to need to do much better than a vile and hateful impression of 1930's Germany in order to do it.

Did MSNBC learn how to do that from CNN or vice a versa? I doubt that Ted would participate in that as after he dispatched it he wouldn't care to eat that $#!+.
