Given that excess carbs and high glycemic index of ingredients are thought to be the prime contributors to abdominal fat deposition, NOT necessarily dietary fat, I'd bet the difference between this recipe and a bowl of real ice cream is negligible.
The glycemic index of bananas is actually low and further augmented by fiber and other nutrients that you won't find in dairy.

Oh, she does. I'm joking -- I like most root vegetables, along with corn and eggplant, and spinach. I dislike broccoli, green beans, and the like, but still have them several times a week . Basically, the only three days a year I am allowed to skip veggies i don't like are Christmas, Easter, and my birthday.

Try sautéing sliced brussel sprouts, onions, and red bell pepper (stay away from green bell pepper- not ripe). L'il bit of garlic and cumin as well. Supposedly cumin enhances nutrient delivery. Tasty too. I don't get the dislike of brussel sprouts. Wickedly good nutrition they say. Maybe the onions set them off, not sure, but I love this combo.

Lifting weights hurts a lot of people. It is good but many people must be very cautious. A lot of the weight lifting machines are pretty stupid designs too. That doesn't help. Kinda like food in our society, gotta be careful.

Calories are the basic unit but there are smarter ways to use your calories and pretty stupid ways to use your calories. Billions of dollars are spent every year to attempt to get people to make stupid choices.

Recently read that peppers have more vitamin C than citrus. Haven't checked that one out.

I use heavy whipping cream but with reservations. As a fat from industrial animals it is a medium to deliver fat based chemicals into your body. Modern dairy products are highly processed and are treated along the way with many chemicals. Sure tastes good though.

That cream travels many miles in trucks and tubes in the factory. Lots of cleaners and such. The animals that produce it live in a chemical environment too. Chemical food, chemical medications, chemical cleaners, etc.

Your body cannot store fat without elevated blood sugar. Physiological fact. Keep your blood sugar low and your blood clean. Live longer and better.

You should tell your Mom that you love her more often.

I will give it a whirl ! My wife wants our individual circa 1988 weight's back ... good luck for us ... lol. Collectively, if we lose that much weight, that's the equivalent of ... a lot.

I still think you're sexy John ...

Lots of things have more C than citrus. That old saw is pure marketing.

They tried but selling the public on Tabasco shots with the cornflakes wasn't doing as well.

You must still be in the military.
I was an Army weight control officer for 25 years.

Now I don't look at the scale except for good health.
