I used to be able to do some of those.....including the one armed and the handstand. Going from a head stand to a hand stand is a tough one too. Now with all my joints going bad I am reduced to girls style pushups.

Parallel dips are a close relative to pushups too, done on parallel bars....pullups too.

Everything is so sore these days I just stick to doing planks every morning. Great low impact exercise.

I do girl pushups now and then myself. If I haven't done much working out for a while, I do those for a few sessions. I've finally learned not to rush into a regimen. After a while I can move to the manly style. But oh man, I have to watch the aches and pains. Pulling a muscle is not good these days.
