I dunno, who is he to be telling me to watch TV? But back to ebola. IF they can't contain it at this point, and even the medical staff are succumbing, what is the expectation they can deal with it farther down the road? I suppose if it this the herd is thinned enough the contact transmission rate will subside, but where is that data point?

Harboring Ebola victims already carries risk of a very unpleasant death. Not sure if adding jail time would serve as much of a deterrent.
