But I stand by my question: why is it that with a massive fraud like this, not a single person had to stand before a judge, or are all the prosecutors in SC democrats?

I have no idea whether there was a fraud. It would be good to know.

But lack of indictments is not proof that something never happened.

Take for example, the alleged war crimes of the previous president. And the current one.

True. But with a state so rigorous with implementing laws to prevent "voter fraud" you would think they would trow the book at those criminal voters, they got their names after all. If there was a strong case every single republican prosecutor, judge and politician in NC would have jumped on it. It's to easy.

I don't think voter fraud falls under the death penalty.

I can see the direction of an agenda here, but......why is it the democratic party is consistently associated with dead people voting?

Try starting from the premise that both parties have engaged in shady voter registration practices and then maybe there can be a lively and productive discussion.

How would that attitude have played out in say, the Water gate break in? What if no one was allowed to investigate, or ask questions until Nixon had been brought before a Judge, and indicted?
Would you have followed your own advice then?

Maybe we should only investigate wrong-doing by "the other" political party, and close ranks and support "our" party. Oh--that is already being done.

I'm going to go way out on a limb and suggest that you didn't understand the post you quoted at all.......

Investigate, build a case, get an indictment and prove your case beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.... Isn't that how it's supposed to work?
Some of us would prefer to allow that process to take place before passing judgement.

All your arguments are showing is that you are faithfully toting the republican party line. Guess all your protestations about partisanship only apply when it's the other side....
