1999 S420 Throttle Body Buzz

Hi,
I have a 1999 S420 with a 119 engine, 87,000 miles. Car has been running perfect. Ran the car through the car wash and drove home. Turned off the key went into the house came back out and tried to start the car. It acts like it wants to start in the start position but quits when I let the key go back to the run position. Pulled the codes. Only P1747, Transmission solenoid. Cleaned the electrical plug on the transmission of transmission oil and cleared the code. Still car will not run after starting. Checked fuel pressure, 55, OK. With key in the run position hear the throttle body buzzing. Any suggestions?
