Realtor's body found; suspect pleads not guilty

When I first met our realtor on a trip to AZ, I also met her husband.

When I was house hunting 20 years ago in IL I had asked that the seller be present, the agent flat out refused. Then in IN they said no problem except on their time frame not mine. I agreed to look at many without seller present, that was at my choice.

My g/f works in a high end shore real estate agency. Talked to her last night and her comment was Open Houses posed a greater risk. You have no idea who will walk in...nor can you. They are quite popular around these parts.
Coincidentally, she just obtained a gun permit.

So sad.

Women are twice as likely to be the victim of a violent crime than men. One problem with residential real estate sales is once inside the house, there are NO witnesses. Some real estate agencies are sending two agents on a showing, one of them being a man. People are getting crazier nowadays and it pays to be a lot more discerning than in days past.

The agent could disallow entry to those that make them feel uneasy due to their actions. But, if the agent feels uneasy when an unknown 3rd party tries to wedge themselves into a scheduled showing for others, the agent will be called a racist.

I'm thinking about buying one of these for carry, in .40S&W for my RE ventures. Half a dozen hollow point .40's in the chest will make even a bath salted up attacker real sick.

I know a real estate agent that has a permit and carries all the time. Carries a S&W shield in .40 cal.

Now now, the liberals will tell you not to carry and call 911. . .so the cops can bring their guns. . . in about 15 minutes or so.

People in all professions can be harmed at work. One instance is no reason to freak out and panic. If you're worried, carry a pistol (if legal) or pepper spray (if not).

When I had a couple of cabs they let
the drivers carry since it was a place of business.

I wonder if it is still Kosher ?

Perhaps I should change the wording to: Now now, some liberals, that likely have never been the victim of a crime, will feel adequate self defense is calling 911 and waiting 15 minutes for the cops to show up.
