Vintage imported wheels on my trailer

A buddy gave me some Bundts with decent tires, and since my current weird 5x4.25 pattern hubs were impossible to find rims for I redrilled to 5x112 and threw em' on:

Did pretty good hauling 2yds of topsoil today with a 'bagster':

Last year, I saw a Ford Ranger sporting what looked like Bundts. You could have matching trailer and truck!

Didn't think 5x108 rims where rare?

Wheels with a 5 x 4.25 pattern are found on 60's and some 70's Chrysler A bodies ( Plymouth Valiant , Dodge Dart and friends )

I've never seen this as a factory trailer pattern, 5 x 4.5 is a super common trailer pattern and was found on later larger Chrysler / Ford and some other makes US and import. This trailer looks like a old pop up tent.

Either way, the conversion is just fine as long as you limit it to a single axle trailer or at least a light limited use dual axle. Dual axle trailers try to break the wheels off when making tight turns, trailer wheels are thicker to deal with this.

Yeah, it was an old popup I snagged already converted on CL. The hubs are like 3/4" thick, with that appear too be real axle bearings.

I didn't want to throw skinny little trailer tires on it, since they tend to cut into lawns and spin the wheel bearings way too fast on the highway.

I only have two 4.5" rusty rims with dry rotted/bald tires on it. My buddy has a pile of bundts with decent rubber so....
