I've got them back in stock, and this time it's Rev. 2: The meat around the bolt holes has been beefed up by 2mm and the pattern better matches the head:

Stupid question for you. What purpose do the exhaust flanges serve?

I can make them, but they're very labor intensive and the raw materials (2"->1.5" steam reducers) are expensive-my local shop cut me a deal but they're still $13each. I'd probably want $180/set to make them [clean up edges, press, clean up, press again, clean up edges]

I'm swamped at the moment, but if there's interest I can make up some cheapies (pressed pipe that will get you started but still need hammering on your end) or some fancy reducers.
