aligning printer and forms
I'm trying to align text in a PDF file with commercially available CMS-1500 forms. I don't see instructions on shifting the print area in an HP L7680 OfficeJet nor in the low rent PDF tools. Any advice on how to get the PDF print area to shift 3mm down and to the right?

Any reason why you're not using any of the form/software programs for the CMS 1500 claim form?

The software has the option to create a PDF as a filled CMS 1500 form but the claim agency rejected the shade of red, and software support told me to pound sand with regards to fixing the shade of red and/or tweaking the margins of the text only option. There's a process to export data from the software to Excel. I want to skip that step.
