The Force Awakens.

So..... who's going to see it?

I have tickets for the 7p show tomorrow night. Wanted tickets for the mid-night show but the servers crashed and I missed out.

I can't wait. I remember when the original came out. It was a watershed moment for sci-fi. Lucas created so much tech for the movie that continues on today.

- May the force be with you.

I saw it. Walked out enraged. Still enraged. Such a great movie, ruined by one decision. JJ just can't help himself. He has to do something to piss the die hard fans off. He did the same thing to me for Star Trek.

I wanted to love this movie so much. I spent the last part of the movie hoping for a miracle that didn't happen. I'm crushed and angry.

I just saw it too. I liked it. There are some pretty shocking plot surprises in it I guess. But I don't really have a problem with what they did. At any rate. It was less of a wrenching moment for me than when Lucas effed up the Greedo scene in the directors cut of the original.

I've calmed down, collected myself, and accepted it. I was so angry for the third act of the movie waiting for a miracle I paid little attention to all that was going on, so I'll have to see it again.

I loved it. Never had a more emotional reaction to a movie in my life. I was transfixed. There literally was not a single wandering thought in my head the entire time.

I loved it. I think its either my 2nd or 3rd favorite of all behind Episode 5 and possibly 4. I'm going to go see it again sometime this weekend and take the kids along.

The visual effects are absolutely stunning and the acting is very solid. Its a bit over 2 hours long and I didn't once look at my watch.

I'll be seeing it again soon as well. With these films there's always so much details on so many levels you'll miss some of it first time round for sure. The in-laws are coming in this week for xmas and they want to see it as well. So a good excuse to check it out again, not that one is really needed.

Movie was awesome. Special effects and the action are off the hook.

I liked the movie very much, as did my kids. I have to say the cinematography really paid tribute to the first three movies. My son was on the edge of his sit, and honestly I feel like It is a really great movie

I suspect that that decision was not entirely the directors alone.

Great movie, not a dull moment. A lot of do'h moments though, just like the old ones.

Hard to accept what happened though.

Hope to see it this week after the initial nerdgasm rush is over. Loved the star trek reboot, so looking forward to this.

Hard to believe there could be any plot development worse than a franchise already raped by the likes of jar jar binks and hayden christensen directed by master milker Lucas
