In your opinion....
which leading luxury performance sedan attracts the lowest common denominator? By lowest common denominator I mean someone who cares about prestige and nothing else.

Try quoting the BMW 7 series?

My opinion would be a BMW 5 (or 3) series sedan.
But it's a tough choice? I also might say Mercedes vehicles in general.

Cadillac, if you accept their premise that they are a luxury brand instead of 60% Buick, 10% Oldsmobile, and 30% 'unique'! That may be changing - they once were a great car - but they have about 40 years of parts bin sharing to shed before they get back to their roots.

If by prestige you mean "for show only," then I'd definitely say Lexus, but only the RX300 and that fugly SC430.
