Really, really, really hope this isn't a case of....

.... here we go again.

Darling Wife had FIL at the doc's today to get results of a routine CT chest scan today.

Phrases like "have you been experiencing shortness of breath?" and "it's possibly nothing, but do you have a thoracic surgeon that you trust?" were not expected parts of the conversation.

Damn, damn, double damn.

That it's possibly nothing is a good upside if the doctor was serious. Most of us experience troubling times in our lives unfortunately. That does not make it easier for both of you though at this time.

Even if it is something when things are discovered early before symptoms arise. Present the chance of a much better outcome usually. I do not know of a single site member that would not wish the two of you the best.
