Hidden Figures
Saw it last night. Definitely worth seeing.
A true story about 3 Black female "computers" during the early 60's working for NASA. One of the original three. Her role is most prominent in the movie. Watch this: A Medal of Freedom winner Katherine G. Johnson, Mathematician, NASA | MAKERS Video ..then go see it. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=hidden+figures+trailer&qpvt=hidden+figures+trailer&view=detail&mid=93F4990A1634F6C686DA93F4990A1634F6C686DA&FORM=VRDGAR I was a teen in the early 60's. Kind of a jolt to me to be reminded of "colored this and colored that" laws that prevailed at that time. I never experienced any of that going to HS is DC & NYC. See it. You won't regret it. |
