iodine missing from our diet
These days cooks,try to sell you on glacier salt,and seasalt.But really we need store bought iodized salt.Here in the U.S we barely get 500 micrograms a day. In Japan they get 5,000 a day.They eat more seafood and kelp.A healthy thyroid will keep down your weight too,and give energy.
I know I started this 3 weeks ago,I'm just taking 2000mcg.In Japan Cancers are lower because of this,and breast cancer almost unheard of.Unless your around fukishima. This week I noticed when I fart,or bm, it stinks awful,don't be alarmed,it is getting alot of toxins out of your body,flouride,too. I buy mine online,but read today you can buy iodine for cuts,and put 4 drops in your favorite drink.

gas is normal now.I found I sleep less,and don't tire.I just take 1000 mcg a day now. I get mine from I herb.You can"t buy vitamins,and herbs off line.To expensive, pharmacies charge more than a 7 11 store.
