Think I made a mistake saying I would get the motor home out...

Well I have nothing to do this summer when I'm not at work so I figured I would help out doing stuff around the house. Some how I got suckered into getting the motor home out. It has been sitting in the woods next to my house since 91-92 I guess.

Only visible part
Trees have over grown it and it's bottomed out in the Florida sand. Well I went out today with a hand saw and started cutting 3 hours later

one side is clear and so is the front. I got the door to unlock tried to start it didn’t start Didn’t expect it too. So I put it into N and got the truck. Well that did no good because the truck just spun real tires.
Any Ideas on how to get it out. My cousin is coming over tonight with his 3500 and a longer chain hoping he can get it out.

She would'nt still want one would she? It's got around 51k on it.
They must have been something when they came out...
Yep all the tires have air in them (tires are rock hard but they hold air) The back bumper is 2 inchs of the ground athe fornt is 4 inchs of the ground.

>jack up each tire and place strong running boards underneath...

should be no problemo to pull out (rolling the wheels or pulling the wheels) over the boards

>if you can get it started and in Reverse- - perhaps the motorhome can help the 3500 move some of the weight

if the wheels/brakes and locked frozen...that's the next project

hope this helps

God knows if it will move i started digging the wheels out and stuck 2x6 under them when I rembered my unlce saying it had a leveling suspension so I bought a new battery hooked it up got some power still won't start. But I tried the leveling switchs

But they did'nt work. Maybe it's me I've never used them before. I will let you know what happens trying to get it out.

Bill I don't know if it's front wheel drive I would'nt doubt it I just know it has the same engine as the Tornado

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Thoose things are still more than a nice Benz. This must be a big thing people are so proud of these motor homes. Which one is the Coca Cola edition I didn't see any pics of it.
I wonder what they cost new. This one is in ok shape It's just sat for so so long. Getting ready to sell it and the s-10 So my uncle can start building his garage for when we move.
O ya he told me He looked at a Mercedes Pusher when they bought this motor home (i think 77) but he said they wanted like 130k for it.
