REDICULOUS Customer NO SERVICE
What the hell is going on at Pelican Parts ?! .
Order # 1638554679-159 I was called Friday 12.10 to come pick it up after they'd closed, when I arrived this morning I was told I have no orders made, now I check my E-mail to discover its been CANCELED . W.T.H. ?? . I've been a loyal Customer for over twenty years and have watched the slide from good sales personnel to clueless uncaring minimum wage boobs . This is a step by step plan to run the company into the ground . I hope Dmitri is paying attention here ~ I don't want to lose my primary partshaus but if you don't want my business, I'll be forced to go elsewhere .
